Samuel Lee Ray

Mr. Samuel Ray of Bronx, New York formerly of Aberdeen, NC peacefully departed his earthly home on May 2, 2022 at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, New York.

Samuel is the son of the late Willie G. Ray and Bessie Ray.  Samuel was a very outgoing man that loved his North Carolina family, especially his cousins whom he grew up with.  Sam leaves to cherish his memories one daughter Mrs. Karen Ray-Thomas (Quenzell), one son Craig Jones, one brother Mr. James Ray, one sister Ms. Annie P. Utley, one granddaughter Essica Thomas, and Godson Mr. Derrick Butcher.

Sam also leaves a host of very close cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
