Lysander Desial Boler was born February 26, 1970 in Pinehurst, NC to the late Valeria Boler and Leroy Martin. His mother proceeded him in death. Lysander departed this life October 19, 2019 at Pinehurst Nursing and Healthcare in Pinehurst, NC. 

He attended Moore County Public Schools. At an early age Lysander started to work at Pinehurst Hotel being a waiter, he was also in Job Corp a shot while and CCNC Landscaping Horticulture. He was a sweet humble man an avid landscaper. He enjoyed helping others. He loved cooking and landscaping. 

His paternal grandparents Clem & Mattie Martin and maternal grandparents William Ransom and Eula Mae Utley proceeded him in death. 

Lysander leaves to cherish his memory five daughters, April Brown, Valeria Boler Wright (Brandon), Lexus Boler, Maria A. Philmon (Crystal) and Katara Baldwin. One son Richard Lysander and a very special young man in his life whom he loved Kimonie. His father and stepmother Leroy and Carolyn Martin. Two sisters Lashan Pilkins, Alysia Martin, Alexis Mateo (Rob). One brother Philipe Martin. 10 grandchildren. Three special aunts Alma Smith (Jerrold) proceeded him in death. Teresa Harris (Moldon), Raeford, NC, Rosalind Utley Pinehurst, NC a second mother Apostle Andria U. Weekes, Pinehurst, NC whom he loved dearly. Three uncles Kevin D. Utley, an uncle who was like brother, Gary Martin and Larry Martin. Four special cousins; Toni Smith, Sanford, NC, Jerrold Smith (Belinda), Carthage, NC Michael Smith (Nett), Carthage, NC and Derrick Smith who preceded him in death. An aunt Josie Boler of Carthage, NC and a host of other relatives and friends
