Lillian Irene Morgan

Lillian Irene Morgan was born on April 26, 1940 to Adolphus Morgan and Susan Douglas Morgan in Bronx, NY. She departed this earth on Friday, February 1, 2019 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC.

Lillian was raised in New York area where she attend grade school, followed by college in Manhattan, NY.

Lillian was accomplished musician in her youth, even playing piano at Carnegie Hall. She was also an accomplished scholar and spoken five languages.

Lillian was a member of New Creation Tabernacle Fellowship Church in Yonkers, NY and retired from the VA Medical Center in Bronx, NY before moving to Carthage, NC in her later years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sister and her loving nephew Sidney Morgan. She leaves to cherish her memory: Her niece by marriage, Marilyn Bradley Morgan of Carthage, NC, great- great niece Michele Harrington of Gaithersburg, MD; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
