Juliene McClellan Goins, 80, formerly of Carthage, N.C., passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Jackson North Medical Center in North Miami Beach, Florida. She leaves behind a loving family, including her five children: Dr. Fred Goins Jr., Jared Goins, Lequita Goins, Manrita Goins, and Vanessa Goins. Also mourning her loss are her brother, Freddie McClellan, and her sisters, Darlene Morning and Carrie Green.

Juliene's warmth, kindness, and strong spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
