Clifton Allen Dowd, 57 of Carthage NC, passed away on Tuesday, June 20 at Firsthealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst NC.

The family will receive friends daily from Thursday, June 22 to Sunday, June 25 from 4pm to 6pm at Pugh & Smith Funeral Home Pavilion, 807 Monroe Street, Carthage, NC 28327
