Ms. Theresa Hoskins was born July 4, 1961 in Washington D.C, and moved to Carthage, at the age of 4.

Theresa attended Mt. Olive AME Zion Church, where she was a faithful usher for many years until her health began to fail.

Theresa graduated from Union Pines High School in 1980 and went on to attend Sandhills Community College where she received her CAN license.

Theresa was employed at various nursing homes throughout Moore County and later was able to provide in-home healthcare to many throughout Moore County.

Theresa enjoyed baking, caring for others and listening to music.

Theresa was preceded in death by two sisters Billy Jean Williams and Judy Lowe.

She leaves to mourn her memory; her daughter India Alston, mother Betty Lowe, and her sister Linda Lowe and a host of relatives and friends.
